Refund Policy

Full payment must be given at the time of booking but should you need to cancel at least 48 hours before your session you will be entitled to a full refund. For refunds, please contact LumberjackAxeThrowing@gmail.com. Refunds will not be given on cancellation requests within 48 hours of your session, however we can provide a gift card to be used at a later date.

If the lead booker requires a transfer to appoint another individual as lead booker, an email must be sent to LumberjackAxeThrowing@gmail.com prior to your session taking place. The email must be from the booking email and state the full name of the new lead booker.

In the event of a cancellation by Lumberjack Axe Throwing, you will be entitled to a full refund. If a cancellation by Lumberjack Axe Throwing was to happen, we will email you prior to your booked session to inform you of the cancellation and refund.

In the events of poor weather conditions, acts of terrorism, natural disasters or the declaration of war, participants will not be entitled to a refund.

Gift cards are non refundable after purchase and can only be redeemed through the Lumberjack Axe Throwing Ltd booking system at www.LumberAxeThrowing.co.uk.
