St Catherine’s park has plenty of parking, you are welcome to park right outside our doors or just around the corner if you have any valuables in the vehicle one of our staff will be happy to store them behind the reception while your session takes place. If you have a person in your party that has a disability, let us know, and we will do all in our power to make sure that we can make us as assessable as possible.

How many can come? We take on a max of 20 per session. But we may send you an email if bookings are over ten as we will make sure that no one is left out when we choose your instructors. There is no minimum number either

Wear whatever you wish, we love a good fashion statement. All we ask is that you don’t wear open-toe shoes or high heels as your safety is important to us.
